Should your pet unfortunately need to attend a veterinary appointment, and you are not able to take them, we are fully insured as a pet taxi to help you out! This includes cats, dogs and small furry's. For cats and small furry's, you will need to provide your own pet transport carrier so that they are safe and secure for the journey. We are not insured to carry human passengers though, so unfortunately this service is for your pets only!

Following any visits, a full update will be provided with everything that has been discussed.

Payment responsibility of the veterinary appointment is separate to the pet taxi fee, and is between the veterinary practice and the pet owner. It is recommended that you inform the vet practise before hand that a pet taxi is accompanying your pet, and payment should be made prior or during the visit to the vets by phone or bacs.
